TECHNIQUE
Today we are going to learn how to throw a lead pass within a stall time.
IMPORTANCE
Throwing a lead pass within a stall time is important to help your team move the Frisbee down the field and into your opponent's end zone in the correct amount of time.
VOCABULARY
Lead pass: a pass thrown to where a teammate is moving.
Stall time: the time that a player has to throw the Frisbee.
When throwing a lead pass within a stall time, it is important to:
1. Once you receive the Frisbee, decide which throw you will use (forehand, backhand, or hammer throw).
2. You will have 10 seconds to throw the Frisbee once your opponent begins a stall count ((stall 1..stall 2... etc)
3. Throw the Frisbee where your teammate will be (not where they are).
PRACTICE
- I will divide the class into groups of three. With your group, decide who be the handler, cutter, and defender. When I say, "GO!" the handler will throw a lead pass as the defender defends the cutter. Switch roles after each turn.

INSTRUCTIONS
- I will divide the class into teams of three.
- Before the game begins, decide with your team which country you will represent.
- When I say, “GO!” teams will begin competing against each other to score a goal.
- If the Frisbee is thrown kicked out-of-bounds or a goal is made, the teacher will throw the Frisbee back into the game.
- A goal counts if the Frisbee lands between or past the two cones.
- Teams cannot block the Frisbee inside the goal.
- Take a seat on the sidelines if your team scores a goal and wait to play in the next round.
- The last two teams competing will not advance to the next round and will sit the rest of the game on the sidelines.
- The winner of the World Cup will be the last team remaining in the final round.
